In an early event that was held in South Africa’s Capetown last year, the homegrown carmaker Mahindra showcased the all-new Thar.e concept. Ever since the official appearance was marked, the SUV became the talk of the town in the auto industry. Now, to give a clear picture of the overall look, an artist rendered the e-SUV, using sketches of filed patent design.
As per the shared details by the artist, the five-door electric SUV is likely to share a lot of similarities with its concept avatar. The customers might not get a typical ICE model Thar design elements this time. Instead, they might get treated by something more futuristic and aggressive in terms of styling and road appearance.

2025 Mahindra Thar Electric Design
The e-SUV is expected to flaunt a unique front fascia with a stylish LED headlight setup, paired with square-shaped LED DRLs. The rendered photos also show side indicators, which have been placed on the front bonnet at both ends. Going by the images, the overall front profile looks perfectly sharp, where every joint making it look bolder and sharper compared to ICE model.
The rendered images don’t show any interior design. However, a major enhancement is expected inside the cabin as well. It has been reported that the brand might use an improved touchscreen infotainment system, and offer a fully digital instrument cluster. These notable changes might force the upcoming e-vehicle to secure one of the top positions in the competitive segment.
