Smartphone maker iQOO announced on Tuesday that it will be launching its next mid-ranger, the Neo 9 Pro, on February 22.Without revealing much detail, iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya shared the news on social media platform X (formerly Twitter).

The smartphone will come in a dual-tone leather finish on the back — other colour options are also expected — blue and black.
iQOO Neo 9 Pro’s product page on the website also shows that the device will be powered by Qualcomm’s 2023 flagship chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
It also will sport a dual-camera setup on the back, which is likely to have a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens.
The device was launched in China in December 2023 along with the iQOO Neo 9 and if the specifications for the device remain the same, here is what the Indian users can expect.
The China version of the iQOO Neo 9 Pro features a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The display will also hold a 16MP selfie camera and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The battery on the device is expected to be 5,160mAh with support for 120W fast charging. It is not clear if the smartphone will also support wireless charging. It is rumoured to come with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.

The device will run on Android 14-based FunTouch OS 14. It is expected to be priced under ₹40,000.
