In a circular issued on Wednesday, DoE said the winter vacation for the academic session 2023-24 was scheduled from January 1 to 15, 2024. “However, in order to ensure that our students are not adversely affected due to the poor air quality in Delhi, a portion of the winter vacation was observed from November 9 to 18,” it stated. All the heads of schools of Delhi have been directed to inform all stakeholders, including the teaching/non-teaching staff, students and parents, about the short break.
The rest of the circular issued on January 27, 2023 will remain the same, the circular pointed out.
