Animal First Review: Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol, has finally hit the theatres and the first reactions have already started coming in on social media. The audience seems highly impressed by Ranbir’s performance in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal. The early reactions are largely positive online, with netizens showering immense praise on Ranbir and declaring the movie “mega blockbuster”.

A user wrote on X, “What electrifying performances by Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol! The Action is so blockbuster! Direction, BGM everything is masterclass.” (sic) Another one shared: “This Movie Becomes the Greatest Indian Movie after Gangs of Wasseypur. The trailer of Animal set the bar very high. As per the latest numbers, the film has so far sold 7,45,992 tickets for 12,539 shows. According to a report in Sacnilk.com, Animal has already earned around Rs 20 crore in the advance booking. While 5,75,197 tickets have been sold for the Hindi shows, 1,63,361 tickets were purchased for the Telugu shows.
The terrific advance bookings of Animal have been majorly driven by Delhi (Rs 4.07 crore), Telangana (Rs 4.14 crore), Maharashtra (Rs 3.29 crore), Karnataka (Rs 2.23 crore), Gujarat (Rs 1.49 crore), Andhra Pradesh (Rs 2.18 crore) and Uttar Pradesh (Rs 1.34 crore).
Animal is co-written, edited, and directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga of Kabir Singh fame. Animal also features Tripti Dimri. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has given Animal an ‘A’ certificate. The film’s run time is 3 hours and 35 minutes.
