Samsung Galaxy A05 Launched: Samsung, a South Korean smartphone maker, has announced the price of the Samsung Galaxy A05 budget handset in India.

The release comes a few weeks after the release of the Galaxy A05s, which debuted in the country last month. The smartphone sits between the Rs 10,000-13,000 category and gets a range of features that a user planning to buy a handset in this price range should know.
Samsung Galaxy A05 Price In India
Samsung’s 4G smartphone has a starting price of Rs 9,999 for 4GB + 64GB. The top-end model with 6GB + 128GB starts from Rs 12,499. It comes in three colour trims: Black, Silver and Green. The handset is listed on Croma for purchase. Plus, offline and online availability of the device will expand in the future.

Samsung Galaxy A05 Specifications
The handset has a 6.7-inch HD+ PLS LCD screen with a resolution of 1600x720p. It weighs 195g and carries a thickness of 8.8mm. Under the hood, the device gets an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85. It runs on Android 13-based custom OneUI 5.1 Core skin. As for the storage, the device offers up to 6GB RAM and 128GB internal memory.
The Galaxy A05 has a 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging support. Coming to the optics, the company offers a 50MP primary and 2MP secondary lens on the rear and an 8MP selfie shooter. As for connectivity, the 4G handset gets Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer, a microSD card slot and a headphone jack.

Meanwhile, the company also unveiled the Samsung Galaxy A05s in India which sits in a slightly higher price range. It was launched last month. It offers upgraded specifications compared to the Galaxy A05.
