Air India Express (AIE) is set to enhance travel connectivity by introducing two new flights that will link Bengaluru to Mangaluru.

The winter schedule, scheduled to commence on Wednesday, November 15, aims to improve connectivity not only between these two cities but also extends to Chennai, Kannur, Thiruvananthapuram, and Varanasi, according to a release from the Mangaluru International Airport (MIA).
Flight timings tailored for customer convenience
Anticipating a significant rise in domestic passenger footfall, MIA officials are enthusiastic about this latest addition to their flight schedule. The flight timings have been strategically designed for customer convenience, ensuring seamless connections to international flights.
The specific flight, IX 782, will initiate its journey from Varanasi at 8 am, landing at Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) by 10.30 am. Following a brief layover of 55 minutes without changing aircraft, it will depart from KIA at 11.10 am and reach MIA by 12.10 pm.

Varanasi-Mangaluru connectivity
It’s important to note that the Varanasi-Mangaluru connection will only be available for 10 days until November 25. From November 26 onward, the flight will smoothly connect Chennai to Mangaluru via Bengaluru. Additional flight timings for this route will be communicated at a later date.
