The BIS Care App is a mobile application developed by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) to empower consumers to verify the authenticity of products bearing BIS marks, such as the ISI mark, hallmark, and CRS Registration mark. It also allows consumers to register complaints about substandard products, misuse of BIS marks, and misleading claims of quality.
