The Railway PSU firm has fixed the record date on 10th November, 2023 for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders for payment of interim dividend. The company in an exchange filing, said “the Record date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of aforesaid interim dividend shall be Friday, 10th November 2023, subject to the approval of Interim dividend by the Board of directors.”

Earlier, the company distributed a final dividend of Rs 0.7 on 15th September 2023. In 2022, the company announced dividend on two separate occasions – 0.80 on 17th November 2022 and 0.63 on 15th September 2023. Prior to that, the company paid dividend twice in 2021, totalling to Rs Rs 1.82.
