During an interview with Hindustan Times, when asked about her experience while shooting in Switzerland, Mrunal shared, “I think everything is for the screens. As long as it looks great on screen, I will do it. As long as it’s justified. In Sita Ramam, I had to wear a chiffon sari at -22 degrees. There was a point where we were doing kathak at -10 degrees, where my hands were frozen, but then we had to bring it together for the mudra. It looked great on screen.”
The actress further shared her insights and experience during the workshop. She said, “Many incidents happened to me during the workshops. I once stuck my finger in the door and my thumbnail came off. It was chaotic.”
Scripted by Jitendra Parmar, the film also features actors like Abhishek Banerjee, Grusha Kapoor, Vijay Raaz, Sharman Joshi, Paresh Rawal, Divya Dutta, and Darshan Jariwala in pivotal roles. In the film, Mrunal Thakur plays the role of Paro Singh, while Abhimanyu Dassani plays the character of Rohit Patel. With its exceptional cast and captivating storyline, the film holds the promise of taking the audience on a rollercoaster ride of emotions and laughter. Originally, the film was set to hit theatres on October 27, but the makers have since revealed that the release date has been postponed to November 3.
On the professional front, apart from Aankh Micholi, Mrunal Thakur has an exciting lineup of projects. The actress will also grace the screen in the TV series Baahubali: Before the Beginning alongside Snigdha Akolkar, Bijay Anand, and many more. She will be also seen in the upcoming Telugu family drama Hi Nanna.
