The upgraded SUVs will feature a Curvv-inspired design language. The interiors will also be overhauled, and Tata may eventually adopt a petrol engine. Both SUVs had previously been seen performing testing all across the country. The teasers indicate an entirely new front style as well as several other changes that are consistent with the spy photos.
The teaser shows a redesigned front end with a full-width lightbar, a new grille inspired by the Curvv concept seen at Auto Expo 2023, and a new bronze exterior colour. It will also have vertical headlamp clusters with LED illumination. The new alloys are believed to be the main difference, with the rear receiving new linked LED tail lights and maybe a reworked bumper.

Due to the new design language, the LED Daytime Running Lamp will be linked to the split headlamps up front through a light bar. The primary headlight housing has been updated and is now vertical. Compared to the Harrier’s, the Safari’s grille does appear more upscale. It will likely be a key differentiator between the two SUVs. A new set of alloy wheels will be mounted on the sides. Tata is anticipated to have the same tail lamp configuration at the back, but there will also be a linked lightbar.
A new steering wheel with a digitised Tata logo will be added to the inside. The Nexon’s new infotainment system and digital instrument cluster may be added to the Harrier and Safari by the manufacturer. There will also be updates to the HVAC controls that were first introduced on the Nexon. In addition, the dashboard may be changed.
