The video of a man and woman’s arguments on a running metro train is being shared widely. While they continue to shout at each other, for several minutes, a third woman steps in. She aligns herself with the aggrieved woman passenger, intensifying the dispute further.
The video shows the man standing after being asked to vacate the seats reserved for women. One can hear the woman arguing about the man’s initial refusal to vacate the seats. The man objects to it and says the woman could have occupied another empty seat. To this, the passenger asserts that she wanted a seat that is reserved for women only and says that she feels uncomfortable sitting between two other men. The male passenger then asks the woman the shift to the coach which is entirely reserved for females. The woman further refuses to leave, and their argument continues. The verbal exchange gets more intense eventually and both passengers throw slurs at each other. Despite the efforts of a few other passengers to mediate, the heated exchange persists.

The clip has also triggered a flurry of reactions from users in the comments section. Many expressed their disapproval of such incidents, citing the inconvenience they cause to fellow passengers while others resorted to humour in their responses.
