Mumbai: Federal Bank, has launched a WhatsApp Lending Platform using which customers can apply for pre-approved personal loans. The platform will enable customers to access pre-approved personal loans on-chat.

The platform was inaugurated by Federal Bank’s chairman, AP Hota, in an event attended by Shyam Srinivasan, MD & CEO, Shalini Warrier, Executive Director, Sumoth C, Vice President & Head – Digital and Federal Bank staff members.

Through this innovative channel, customers can conveniently and intuitively complete a journey to apply for pre-approved personal loans, eliminating unnecessary complexities and delays often associated with traditional loan processes,” said Shalini Warrier, executive director, Federal Bank.
