Get NOC – To relocate your vehicle to a new state, the first step is to get a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Regional Transport Office (RTO) where your vehicle is currently registered. Ensure the NOC includes the chassis number.
Moving your vehicle to the new state – Once you have the NOC, visit the nearest RTO office in your new state of residence. Ensure you bring all the necessary documents with you for this process.
