YEIDA Plot Scheme 2023: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’s (YEIDA) residential plot scheme has received bumper response from the property buyers.
According to a report in Navbharat Times, the scheme has received about 96,000 registrations since it was thrown open to the public.
The flats, situated in Sector 16, 17 and 20 adjacent to the renowned Yamuna Expressway, are available on a draw basis.

YEIDA Plot Scheme 2023 Scheme Full Process to Apply
Step 1
The application can only be submitted online on the website of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority through payment gateway/net banking.

Step 2
The brochure containing application is available on the website www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com by paying Rs 500/- + 18 per cent GST. Applicants can apply through online method.
Step 3
The application form duly completed and signed along with the required registration money and all the required annexures shall be submitted to online i.e. www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com through net banking on the page of brochure on any working day during the period between the date of opening and the date of closure of this scheme.
Step 4
If the application is incomplete in any respect whatsoever or if any column is left blank or if the photo is not pasted at the designated place or mentioning an incomplete or untrue address or no signature or thumb impression found on the declaration or entered wrong details in application form, the application shall not be considered at all.

YEIDA Plot Scheme 2023 Scheme Plot sizes
The plot scheme encompasses a total of 1,184 plots, varying in size from 120 to 2,000 square meters, including dimensions of 120 sqm, 162 sqm, 200 sqm, 300 sqm, 500 sqm, 1000 sqm, and 2000 sqm. Specifically, 194 plots are available within the 120 sqm size category, with an additional 260 plots in the 162 sqm size category. Notably, the 200 sqm category comprises a limited allotment of 466 plots by the Authority.
