Gautam Singhania’s private residence JK House is considered to be one of the most luxurious properties across the world, and is India’s second most expensive house after Mukesh Ambani’s Antilia. Singhania’s residence is worth Rs 6000 crore, according to The Financial Express.
While the whopping cost of Singhania’s house is in thousands of crores, it is no match of Mukesh Ambani’s Antilia, which is estimated to be worth over Rs 15,000 crore. Both the billionaires are neighbours, and the houses are located on the posh Altamount Road in Mumbai.
Apart from being one of the most expensive houses, JK House is also India’s second tallest private building, standing 145 meters high.
It is a 30-floor lavish house with a marble interior, two swimming pools and a five-storey parking space.
The JK House is divided into five segments, and the Singhania family resides in the residential space. Apart from this, the house has a spa, home theatre, gym, private bar and many other luxurious amenities for the billionaire family.
