Mumbai: Yes Bank has launched a mobile banking app named “iris,” which not only provides an interface to customers for all services but also facilitates the opening of new bank accounts.

The bank’s customers can access over 100 features and services with just a few clicks, all on a single platform. The app incorporates safety features such as biometric authentication, SIM binding, and a two-factor verification.

Prashant Kumar, MD & CEO of Yes Bank, stated that the app aims to appeal to users of all age groups by offering a comprehensive banking suite that caters to their diverse banking requirements.

Users can also apply for credit cards, pre-approved personal loans, book fixed deposits, make payments and investments, and purchase insurance. The app offers end-to-end lifecycle management, enabling customers to bank “on the go”
