The exam conducting body, the Indian Institute of Science Bengaluru, will begin the registration process for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2024) soon on the official website. Applicants who are interested in appearing for the GATE 2024 can visit the official website, i.e., gate.iisc.ac.in. Also, a new webpage for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2024) has just been launched by the Indian Institute of Science in Bengaluru.
OTHER DETAILS
The institute responsible for conducting GATE will be announcing the exam date soon. The exam will consist of 82 different paper combinations and will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode.
There will be 30 different subject papers included in the exam. Aspirants will have the option to choose from 219 test locations across the nation to take the exam.

PAPER PATTERN
In the GATE 2024 exam, the question bank will exclusively consist of objective-type questions, which will be divided into two sections: general aptitude (GA) and the candidate’s chosen subject.

The question pattern will include a mix of multiple-choice questions (MCQ) as well as other types, such as multiple-selection questions and numerical answer type (NAT) questions. This variety in question formats aims to assess the candidates’ knowledge and problem-solving abilities effectively.
