YEIDA Flat Scheme 2023: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) new ready to move flat scheme has drawn huge buyers. The flats, situated in Sector 22D along the renowned Yamuna Expressway, are available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

According to latest figures shared by Navbharat Times, the new housing scheme by YEIDA received as many as 3,089 applications against 462 flats in about 24 hours since being launched on August 2.
Around 650 people have already paid Rs 4.23 lakh as registration fees, NBT report added.
Why buyers are rushing to buy flats?
1) Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority was already quite optimistic about garnering a positive response, given the advantageous location of these flats.

3) Buyers are finding it an exciting opportunity to invest in the new scheme for the sale of 462 built-up multi-storey flats.
4) The prices range between Rs 42 lakh and Rs 43 lakh, making them an appealing prospect for potential buyers.

1) Prospective buyers keen on exploring this opportunity can obtain the application form and brochure from the official website of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority at www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com.
2) As soon as you will open the website, click on New BHS Scheme – Apply now, where a pop-up window will take you to another web page where you will find details of the new scheme, including contact details, prospectus and ‘Apply Now’ tab.
3) You will have to login to see details of YEIDA residential flats and for that you need to provide your mobile number. An OTP will be received on the given number where you can proceed ahead.
