The IPO Allotment of Shri Techtex Limited is to take place on Wednesday, August 2 anytime during the day. The IPO opened for subscription on Wednesday, July 26 and closed on Friday, July 28 and With is IPO the company aims to raise a capital of Rs 45.14 crore and the listing of the IPO will take place on NSE SME.

Shri Techtex IPO was subscribed 148.44 times. While the public issue was subscribed 156.37 times in the retail category, in the QIB and NII Category, the the shares were subscribed 58.03 and 250.65 times respectively by July 28, 2023.
