Mumbai: Axis Bank has introduced ‘Sampann,’ a premium banking service tailored for customers in rural and semi-urban regions. This initiative is in line with the bank’s commitment to a customer-centric model for RUSU (Rural and Semi-Urban) customers.
Through the Sampann program, the bank aims to offer a host of benefits, including discounts on farming devices, agricultural inputs like pesticides and seeds, and a wide range of value-added services such as crop advisory, weather forecasting, and real-time mandi price information.

Additionally, the program aims to enhance credit accessibility by providing discounts on processing fees for agri loans, gold loans, tractor funding, auto loans, and two-wheeler loans.

The Sampann program extends its coverage to the entire family, granting members access to locker discounts, higher account transaction limits, free debit and credit cards, discounted demat services, and a dedicated relationship manager.
Furthermore, the premium benefits encompass complimentary healthcare and protection coverage, including a 7-day Hospicash cover of up to Rs 3000, 24×7 emergency doctor consultation, and complimentary full-body check-ups.
