Kaka Industries IPO GMP today: Kaka Industries, a prominent manufacturer of polymer-based profiles, is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on July 10.
The IPO subscription window will remain open until July 12. With the grey market premium (GMP) indicating a highly favorable listing, the company aims to raise Rs 21.23 crore through the sale of its initial shares.
During the IPO, Kaka Industries plans to issue 36,60,000 equity shares, out of which 17,31,000 equity shares (amounting to Rs 10,04,56,000) are reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs).

Furthermore, the company has allocated a total of 5,22,000 shares (equivalent to Rs 3,02,76,000) for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) and 12,14,000 shares (worth Rs 7,04,12,000) for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs).
Additionally, 1,92,000 equity shares (amounting to Rs 1,11,36,000) have been reserved for market makers. The lot size for the Kaka Industries IPO is 2,000 shares, with a price band set at Rs 55-58.
Retail investors have the option to bid for a maximum of 1 lot, requiring an investment of Rs 116,000. On the other hand, High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) can bid for two lots, which would cost them Rs 232,000 (2000 shares x Rs 116,000).

Kaka Industries IPO GMP
As of July 7, various websites tracking grey market activities have reported that Kaka Industries shares are commanding a premium of Rs 58, indicating a potential listing gain of around 65 per cent over the upper band of the IPO price.
In a statement, the company announced that its shares will be listed on the BSE SME, a platform dedicated to small and medium enterprises.
