Ambati Rayudu did not enjoy a great season in IPL 2023. He made just 158 runs in a season where he was used mostly as an Impact Player. However, he had a solid contribution for CSK in the final. He scored a quickfire 8-ball-19 run cameo that helped the team chase down the target of 171 in a rain-interrupted match, and lift their 5th IPL trophy. With the win, Rayudu became the joint-most successful player in IPL history with 6 titles- 3 each at MI and CSK.
