Tata Communications share price, dividend announcement and Q4 results: Tata Communications share price zoomed about 3.29 per cent on April 20 to Rs 1,232.50 apiece on NSE up by Rs 39.25 at around 12: 30 pm.
The counter touched an intraday high of Rs 1,248.35 on the back of quarterly results announcement on April 19.

Tata Communications posted about 11 per cent decline in the consolidated net profit to Rs 326.03 crore in the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2023. The company posted a profit of Rs 365.06 crore in the same period a year ago.

The company’s board has recommended a final dividend of 210 per cent amounting to Rs 21 per share of the face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023.
The company in a statement said, “We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹21.00 per share of the face value of Rs.10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023.”
“This dividend, upon approval of the shareholders, shall be paid to eligible shareholders after the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting,” it added.

The record date of the final dividend of Rs 21 per share has not been declared by the company yet. As soon as it is decided by the board of directors at the AGM, the company will inform the exchanges.
