Gold and silver prices were trading on the higher side of the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) today, after recording a dip on Monday.

Gold futures, maturing on June 5, 2023, stood at Rs 60,170 per 10 grams, recording a hike of Rs 277 or 0.46 per cent. The previous close was recorded at Rs 60,063.

Similarly, silver futures, due on May 5, 2023, witnessed a downfall of Rs 482 or 0.65 percent and were retailing at Rs 74,725 per kg on the MCX against the previous close of Rs 74,323.
