WhatsApp enables users to change the ringtone for voice calls. You can also change notification sounds for WhatsApp messages and group messages.

Voice calling lets you call your contacts using the WhatsApp Desktop for free, even if they’re in another country. Voice calling uses your internet connection.

The ringtone used for WhatsApp voice calls is the ringtone set in the contact information within the phone’s Contacts app. When you change your WhatsApp ringtone, it helps you to differentiate between a regular call and a WhatsApp call. HOW TO CHANGE YOUR RINGTONE FOR WHATSAPP: ANDROID

Step 1: Open WhatsApp on your phone.

Step 2: Then tap on more in the top right corner.

Step 3: Now tap on Settings from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Select Notifications.

Step 5: Scroll down to Calls and tap on Ringtone.

Step 6: Finally, select the ringtone from the system ringtones or, you can select any from your phone under CUSTOM.

Note: Group calls use a default ringtone. This ringtone can’t be customised.
