Sathee Portal: Students preparing for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET will be highly benefited from the platform as it provides preparation material in English, Hindi and other regional languages.
Sathee Portal: Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Monday launched the Self-Assessment Test and Help for Entrance Exams (SATHEE) portal, a self-paced assessment platform. The platform has been developed by University Grants Commission (UGC), Ministry of Education and IIT, Kanpur.
Students preparing for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET will be highly benefited from the platform as it provides preparation material in English, Hindi and other regional languages.

Sathee will also give advantage to candidates preparing for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and Common Admission Test (CAT) exams.
The platform has recorded videos by IIT and Indian Institute of Science (IISc) faculty members, professors and teachers. Through these videos, students can understand and learn concepts at their own pace.
UGC chairman M Jagadesh Kumar said that Sathee that will help students to prepare for competitive and other exams.
“This platform aims to bridge the gap for the students in society who can’t afford the costly entrance exam guidance and coaching. It aims to make the students learn the concepts and focus on their weak topics so they feel confident to give any exams by watching videos prepared by IIT and IISc faculty members,” Kumar said.
