Gold, Silver Prices Today (24 February 2023): The rates of both gold and silver declined sharply on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Friday i.e. February 24, 2023.
Gold futures, maturing on April 5, 2023, fell by Rs 543 or 0.97% with 10 grams of the yellow metal (24-carat) trading at Rs 55, 540 at around 7.37 am on the MCX.
Likewise, silver futures, maturing on March 3, 2023, was trading in the red, witnessing a sharp drop of Rs 1119 or 1.71 %, quoting 64,310 per kg on the MCX.
The prices of gold and silver stood at Rs 56,083 per 10 grams and Rs 65,438 per kg, respectively when the market closed on Thursday i.e. February 24.
