Gold prices in India today decreased by just Rs 100 from yesterday to Rs 52,250 per 10 gram on Saturday, January 21 in the physical market, as per Good Returns. Precious metals gold and silver rose on Friday to an all-time high in the domestic market following disappointing US data.
On Friday, Gold futures, maturing on February 3, touched a fresh high of Rs 56,746 per 10gm levels on the MCX, breaching its previous record high of Rs 56,588 levels.
Silver futures, maturing on March 3, were up Rs 437 at around 11:38 am at Rs 68,796 per kg on the MCX yesterday.
