According to reports, the company is expected to launch multiple budget and mid-range smartphones under its A-series. One of the most talked about smartphones under this series is OPPO A78 5G. This 5G-enabled smartphone is a successor to the OPPO A77 and OPPO A77s in India.

According to reports, the OPPO A78 5G is expected to be launched in India on January 14.
It is to be noted that the company has officially launched the smartphone in Malaysia today.
OPPO A78 5G Specifications
According to leaked details, the OPPO A78 5G will come with a strong 5000mAh battery and run on the latest Android 13 out of the box. It will support 33W fast charging via a USB Type-C port.
The device is expected to have Dimensity 700 SoC – an entry-level 5G SoC. The smartphone is expected to be launched with 8GB of RAM at least and it may also offer 4GB of virtual RAM support. The internal storage is likely to be 128GB.
The screen will sport a 6.6-inch display with a standard 60Hz refresh rate.
