It was recently reported that the flick is set to premiere on OTT on November 4. This created a fair deal of buzz among fans. Producer Karthik Gowda has now reacted to these rumours.
He said that the film is not coming to OTT on November 4. Karthik added that the official date would be announced soon. Kantara is an action-thriller. directed by and starring Rishab Shetty.
‘WE WILL LET YOU KNOW’
On Thursday, October 27, Karthik Gowda reacted to reports of Kantara making its way to OTT on November 4. He said that the rumours are not true. The producer added that the makers will officially announce the date when they are ready to do the same.
His tweet read: “Wrong News! We will let you know when it is coming but certainly not November 4th. (sic)”

Kantara is an action thriller that revolves around Bhootha Kola, a traditional dance for the deity. The film’s cast includes Kishore, Achyuth Kumar, Sapthami Gowda, and Pramod Shetty in pivotal roles. It is produced under Hombale Films, the banner behind the Yash-led KGF franchise. Rishab Shetty recently hinted that the film may get a sequel. He further indicated that he’ll work on the same after taking a short break from work.
