State Bank of India (SBI) customers can use the SBI YONO and SBI YONO LITE mobile applications to avail online-based services. YONO(You Only Need One) is a digital banking platform with various financial services offered by the bank itself. The services include booking of flights, trains and taxis. Users can also shop online or pay their medical bills through their smartphones.
YONO is an Omni-channel experience that is an integration of both net banking and UPI transactions. This can be used through websites as well as apps. The app is available for both Android and iOS users. The account holders have a variety of digital banking services that consist of net banking, opening fixed deposits, transaction history, and others. Users can also restrict the app service.

STEPS TO RESET SBI YONO USERNAME WITHOUT USING A DEBIT CARD:
Step 1: Log in to the State Bank of India’s official website, onlinesbi.com.
Step 2: Under the personal banking section, Tap on the login option.
Step 3: Provide a valid username and password.
Step 4: Now click on the ‘continue login’ button.
Step 5: Next select the ‘Forgot username/login password.’

Step 6: Now choose the option ‘forgot my username’ from the drop-down menu and tap on the ‘next’ button.
Step 7: Fill in the required fields like CIF number, country, internet banking, registered mobile number and captcha code.
Step 8: Tap on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 9: Provide the OTP that has been sent to the registered mobile number and tap on the ‘Confirm button’.
Step 10: New YONO SBI username will be displayed on the screen and will be texted on the registered mobile number.
