He said that there is a need to take steps to complete it quickly and make it available to the public quickly and ordered officials that the results should be seen in the coming days. “In addition to completing unfinished roads, roads should be constructed without potholes; The construction of new bridges in areas washed away by a typhoon should also be a priority,” YS Jagan asserted.
CM Jagan directed to take up works in the areas damaged due to the cyclone and asked to dig pits in corporations and former municipalities by July 15. He advised the officials that apart from the work currently being done on the Panchayat Raj roads, action should be taken on regular maintenance and repairs. The chief minister had taken a dig at the opposition parties alleging that the various conspiracies are being hatched to prevent development work in the state from progressing. During the review, CM Jagan said that the government is completing programs that have been taken up for the good of the people with no shortage of funds and hurdles for payments for development work in areas where it is a priority.
