Every day there are numerous calls that annoy a user through messages and calls. These are the unusual disturbances that create a situation that is beyond our control. But, iPhone users can pause the spam calls now, which will shut down the spammers. Even Apple has warned third-party apps to stop unwanted messages and calls. An iOS version from iOS 9 onwards carries to restrict calls effectively. It has an in-build spam feature that filters to block incoming calls from spammers and scammers.
Previously, it was easy to figure out unknown or marketing calls. But, nowadays, users cannot differentiate between a marketing call and a genuine call. As spammers have now become clever at creating numbers that look similar to any general number.
STEPS TO BLOCK SPAM CALLS ON IPHONE:
Step 1: A user needs to open the phone app on their iPhone.
Step 2: Click on’ Recents’ and press the ‘i’ button next to your number.
Step 3: Scroll down and choose ‘Block this Caller’ to block the number.
STEPS TO UNBLOCK NUMBER ON IPHONE:
Step 1: First, a user needs to open the Settings app on an iPhone.
Step 2: Then you need to click on Phone.
Step 3: Next choose ‘Blocked Contacts’ and click on the Edit button at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 4: Now tap on the ‘-‘ icon near the number to unblock the respective number.
