EPF transfer online: Know the process

Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) members can transfer their EPF accounts online. Transferring of EPF account is required especially after leaving one company and joining another.

There are simple steps which are required to be followed to transfer EPF accounts online.

– EPF members need to visit the ‘Unifed Member Portal’ and log in with UAN and password.

– EPF members need to go to ‘Online Services’ and click ‘One Member – One EPF Account (Transfer Request)’.

– EPF members need to verify ‘Personal Information’ and ‘PF Account’ for present employment.

– You need to click ‘Get Details’, PF account details of previous employment will appear.

– Choose either your previous employer or current employer for the attesting form.

– Click ‘Get OTP’ to receive OTP on UAN registered mobile number. Enter ‘OTP’ and click ‘Submit’.
