The amount of money you can send or receive is limited on a daily and monthly basis. Limits vary depending on the app you’re using, whether it’s UPI or your bank.
REASONS BEHIND REACHING DAILY LIMIT:
- You attempt to send more than 1,00,000 across all UPI apps in a single day.
- You attempt to send money through all UPI apps more than ten times in one day.
- You ask someone for more than 2,000 dollars.

You can either request a reduced amount or wait until the next day to give additional money.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU REACH YOUR BANK LIMIT?
If you’re still experiencing problems, try a different bank account if your daily transactions are below the UPI limit. Your bank’s limits on how much you can send or receive may apply. You can also contact your bank for more information and clarification about the transaction failure.
