PNB Mega e-Auction: Wanting to own a property? Here is your chance of owning a property in India with Punjab National Bank (PNB) e-auction. India’s second largest public sector bank has informed about a mega e-auction of property scheduled on January 31, 2022. The interested customers can login to the official website at pnbindia.in for further details and queries.
“Time for you to shine with this gold mine of an opportunity. Buy the properties(residential/commercial) of your dream with this Mega E-Auction being held on 31st January 2022,” tweeted PNB from its official Twitter handle.

What properties are up for auction?
This nation-wide online mega e-auction of residential and commercial properties is being held in a transparent manner under the SARFAESI Act.
How to participate?
The interested participants will have to login to the official website of e-Bikray portal at ibapi.in.
The IBAPI portal is an initiative of Indian Banks Association (IBA) under the overarching policy of the Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance to provide a common platform to display details of mortgaged properties to be auctioned online by banks, starting with Public Sector Banks.

This IBAPI portal provides an enhanced user experience through seamless single window access to information by search based on the type and location of property put up for e-auction by Indian banks. The common platform also provides for smooth navigation to the bank e-auction site once a notified property is selected. Presently 21 banks are onboarded on this portal.
A user can directly access the portal without registration/login.
