Festival Special Train List 2021: In a relief to the railway passengers, the Indian Railways has decided to run festival special trains at special fares from Bandra Terminus to Ajmer and Jodhpur. In case of any query, the passengers can login to the official website at enquiry.indianrail.gov.in.
The Western Railway has recently tweeted about the special trains from its official Twitter handle. The tweet said, “WR to run Festival Special Trains on Special Fare between Bandra Terminus – Ajmer and Bandra Terminus – Jodhpur with a view to meet the travel demand during the festive season & for the convenience of passengers.”
The details of these special trains are as follows:
Train no. 09622 Bandra Terminus to Ajmer Superfast Festival Special will run on November 8, 2021. The train will depart on Monday at 5.30 AM and will reach its destination at 1.30 AM the next day.
Train no. 09621 Ajmer to Bandra Terminus will run on November 7, 2021. The train will depart on Sunday at 6.35 AM and will reach its destination at 4.15 AM the next day.
Train no. 04808 Bandra to Jodhpur will run on November 7, 2021. The train will depart on Sunday at 2.45 PM and will reach its destination the next day at 9.45 AM.
Train no. 04807 Jodhpur to Bandra will run on November 6, 2021. The train will depart on Saturday at 5.15 PM and will reach its destination the next day at 11.55 AM.
The passengers must note that the bookings of train numbers 09622 and 04808 will open from October 30, 2021 at nominated PRS and IRCTC website at irctc.co.in.
In this regard, it must be noted that the Ministry of Railways recently tweeted about the trips of the special trains from its official Twitter handle. The tweet said, “Indian Railways is running nearly 668 festival special services to ensure smooth and comfortable travel to the passengers, during the festive season. Special Trains have been planned to connect major destinations across the country on railway sectors.”
As per the release from the Ministry of Railways, for the convenience of rail travelers and to clear extra rush of passengers during this festive season, Indian Railways is running 668 trips of 110 special trains from Durga Puja till Chhatha Puja this year. Also, augmentation of coaches in regular trains is being done to ensure the berth availability during this festive rush.
