The PNB e-auction is scheduled to take place on October 28, 2021. The interested customers can visit the e-Bikray portal at ibapi.in to purchase the residential and commercial properties. Also, the mega e-auction of the State Bank of India (SBI) is slated to take place on October 25, 2021.
The PNB has recently tweeted about the e-auction on October 28, 2021, from its official Twitter handle. The tweet said, “Have you been eyeing a property for long? Mega e Auction offers just the right opportunity to place your bid for residential & commercial property. Visit e-Bikray Portal at ibapi.in to know more.
The PNB customers must note that the interested customers to visit the eBkray portal of Indian Banks Auctions Mortgaged Properties Information (IBAPI).
Now, the interested customers must note that the IBAPI portal is an initiative of Indian Banks Association (IBA) under the overarching policy of the Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance to provide a common platform to display details of mortgaged properties to be auctioned online by banks, starting with Public Sector Banks.
The interested customers must be aware of how to participate in the e-auction. A user can directly access the portal without registration/login. The potential bidders can select segmented data bank-wise and as per location (states and districts) across banks. The user can search property details state-wise, district-wise and bank-wise.
The properties that are held under the SARFAESI Act include – Houses , Flats , Office spaces , Land/ plots and Industrial properties.
In related news, it must also be noted that the SBI mega e-auction is scheduled to take place on October 25, 2021. The SBI has recently tweeted from its official Twitter handle, “Bid from your home! Join us during the e-auction and place your best bid. Know more: bank.sbi/web/sbi-in-the.”
It must be noted that the interested customers can seal the deal with securities, properties and mortgaged assets.
