Chandigarh: Prohibitory orders banning large gatherings have been imposed in Haryana’s Karnal, where farmers have planned another mega gathering on Tuesday. There is tension in the area, the site of the August 28 violence which has enraged the farmers.

Soon after, the video of Ayush Sinha directing the police to “crack heads” surfaced.
