Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G launch: The wait is almost over! the South Korean smartphone brand Samsung is all set to launch a new A-series 5G smartphone in India – Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G – today at 12 PM during the live virtual event. The smartphone brand recently took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and confirmed that Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G will be introduced in the country on September 1.
The new Galaxy A-series phone already made its global debut in the UK a few days back and is expected to bring the same specs to the Indian market. The Galaxy A52s UK variant features an FHD+ AMOLED panel, Snapdragon 778 SoC, and quad-rear camera, and a 64MP quad-camera setup.
Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G will launch in India today during the virtual-only event which will start at 12 PM IST. The live event will be hosted on Samsung’s official website samsung.com where interested viewers can get details about the device.
Ahead of the official release, the Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G has also been listed on the e-commerce platform Amazon India website and the listing reveals the pricing of the upcoming Samsung smartphone. Also, the Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G has already been unveiled in the global market and now the smartphone is set to arrive for Indian consumers as well. Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G is expected to come in Rs 30-35K segment.
Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G global model will hit the Indian market. As per the specifications, the Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G comes packed with a 6.5-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is backed by a 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The phone also includes expandable storage up to 1TB via microSD card. On the software front, the phone runs on Android 11-based One UI 3.
The smartphone includes a quad rear camera setup that consists of a 64MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 5MP macro sensor, and a 5MP telephoto sensor. For selfies and video calls, the phone includes a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
