There is good news for SpiceJet passengers travelling to Delhi as they will now be able to book cabs while sitting on their flight, the airline has informed.
SpiceJet on Thursday introduced mid-air cab bookings for the convenience and safety of passengers. People can note that this service is available for Delhi arrivals only.
“Want to know how to make a stylish entry in Delhi? Introducing Mid-air cab bookings for your convenience & safety!,” SpiceJet tweeted.
As per the information provided by the airline, the service will be available on SpiceScreen which is in-flight entertainment service of SpiceJet.
By availing this service passengers will get lots of benefits, including 100 percent confirmed cabs, free cancellation, lowest fare with up to 10 percent discount among others.
How to book a confirmed cab on your flight?
Passengers travelling to the national capital can follow the below mentioned easy and simple steps to book a cab.
Step 1: Connect to SpiceScreen on your mobile device.
Step 2: Go to the CAB section on the homepage.
Step 3: Enter your mobile number and confirm your cab.
However, passengers need to note the following terms and conditions before booking a cab on flight:
1. Once the customer’s details are submitted, the cab booking is 100 percent confirmed.
2. SpiceJet passengers can book their cabs with lowest fares with up to 10 percent discount.
3. No cancellation fee will be levied if the cab is not boarded.
4. No waiting in the queue to board the cab.
