The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has set up a special helpdesk for assisting schools in computation of the results for CBSE Class 10 Class 12 Board Exams 2021.
CBSE Class 10 Class 12 Board Exams 2021 Latest News: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has set up a special helpdesk for assisting schools in computation of the results for CBSE Class 10 Class 12 Board Exams 2021. The CBSE has filed an additional affidavit before the Supreme Court on June 21, 2021, informing that the CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 results would be declared by July 31, 2021. The CBSE Class10 Class 12 Board Exam 2021 candidates can check further information by logging in to the official website of CBSE at cbse.gov.in.
Due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 was cancelled on April 14, 2021. The CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 has also been called off on June 1, 2021. The CBSE has also announced the marks tabulation policy for formulating the results of the CBSE Class 10 Class 12 Board Exam 2021 candidates.
The CBSE has stated, for formulating the results of CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 candidates, the respective schools should formulate a result committee. The same should be the case for preparing the results for CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 students.
The CBSE has sent a letter to the principals and the heads of institutions of all CBSE-affiliated schools informing them about the special helpdesk that has been formed for helping the schools and the results committee for preparing the results. The schools must note that this helpdesk will entertain result related queries for both CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 and CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021.
The schools must remember certain things regarding the helpdesk. They are as follows:
1) The schools should read policies and FAQs for their understanding
2) The schools may first send the e-mail related to CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 to [email protected]
3) The schools will have to send e-mails related to CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 to [email protected]
It must be noted that the helpdesk will work only on working days from June 24, 2021 from 9.30 AM to 5 PM.
The schools must enter into brief discussion while sharing their issue with the helpdesk official. Accordingly, prior home work from their part will help CBSE to respond to the schools.
