NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to announce the CBSE Class 10 Results 2021 by July 20, 2021. The CBSE Class 12 results are expected to be declared by July 31.
“Our efforts are that Class 10 CBSE results will be declared by July 20 and Class 12 results will be declared by July 31, so that students who want to go for study in a foreign country do not suffer,” CBSE Examination Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj told ANI.
The Board has cancelled the CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 Board Exams this year due to Covid-19 situation across the country and released an alternative assessment formula to evaluate the students. This year, the Board will use objective criteria to evaluate the performance of CBSE Class 10 students. The students will be evaluated based on the policy of 80 and 20 marks for year-end exams and internal assessment, respectively. Since CBSE Class 10 year-end exam was cancelled this year, the 80 per cent marks will be assessed by the school based on Unit Tests, Mid Term exams, and Pre boards.
