The Poco M3 is going to launch in India on February 2 and details on Flipkart have confirmed that there’s going to be a 6GB version of the device.
Poco announced earlier this week that the Poco M3 is going to launch in India on February 2. Now, we have some more details about the new smartphone that’s going to succeed the Poco M2 that was launched last year. While we do know that the Poco M3 should come with an affordable price tag, just ahead of the launch, the listing on Flipkart has shown up.
The release of Poco M3 has been teased on the site along with key specifications and features. The Flipkart listing confirms that the Poco M3 is going to come in a 6GB variant in India. Just to recapitulate, the Poco M3, when it was announced globally in November, it only came in a 4GB version.
It is also highly likely that Poco M3 is going to have a 4GB version in India as well. When the smartphone was launched globally, it came in 4GB/64GB and 4GB/128GB variants. For the 6GB version launching in India, we can expect a 6GB/128GB configuration with the UFS 2.2 storage. The phone is expected to be priced at around ₹10,000.
Besides this, other specs include a 6.53-inch FHD+ display with a 60Hz refresh rate with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC under the hood. The Poco M3 should ship with Android 10-based MIUI 12 with Poco launcher on top.
The Poco M3 comes with a triple camera system on the back consisting of a 48MP primary shooter, a 2MP depth sensor and 2Mp macro lens. For selfies, there is an 8MP shooter on the front.
The smartphone is going to come with a massive 6,000mAh battery with 18W fast charge support and connectivity options include 4G LTE, dual-band WI-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.
