It’s been just 20 days since the world celebrated the International Women’s Day with much zest and the chips are already falling off the blocks!
We asked our users about the biggest concerns of working women, and ‘maintaining work-life balance’ has been cited as the top most concern. It was voted highest (at 33%), among other serious aspects like pay gap, safety, harassment, discrimination on gender basis, career growth aspects.
