AIBE 19 Exam 2024 Registration Begins; Admit Card Releasing On November 18

According to the official schedule, the BCI will release the AIBE XIX Exam 2024 admit card on November 18

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has issued the schedule for the All India Bar Examination XIX (AIBE 19). As per the official timetable, the AIBE 19 exam will be administered on November 24 and the registration for the same has also commenced. All interested candidates can apply through the official website, allindiabarexamination.com. The deadline to submit the registration form is October 25.

The last date to pay the examination fee is October 28 and the deadline to make changes to the application form is October 30. The BCI will release the AIBE XIX Exam 2024 admit card on November 18.

According to the BCI Official website, “The exam is administered to assess basic level knowledge of a member and lay down a minimum benchmark for entering into the practice of law in addition to assessing candidate’s analytical ability. After passing the All India Bar Examination, the candidate is issued a certificate of practice by the Bar Council of India.”

AIBE 19 Exam 2024: How to Register

Step 1: Head to the official website, allindiabarexamination.com.

Step 2: On the homepage, look for the AIBE XIX Registration link and click on it.

Step 3: Register on the portal and generate a User ID and Password.

Step 4: After logging in, fill in the application form.

Step 5: Upload all the required documents and pay the application fee.

Step 6: Submit and take a printout of the registration form for future reference.

AIBE 19 Exam 2024: Application Fees

Candidates belonging to the General or OBC categories need to deposit an application fee of Rs 3,560, while the candidates from SC and ST categories need to pay Rs 2,560.

AIBE 19 Exam 2024: Passing Criteria

To pass the AIBE XIX exam, the General and OBC Category applicants must achieve a minimum of 45 per cent marks, while the SC and ST candidates must score at least 40 per cent marks.

The Bar Council of India issued the Certificate of Practice (COP) for the AIBE XVIII-qualified candidates.

Obtaining the COP is an important qualification for candidates to practice as advocates in Indian courts.
