Dividend News: Upto Rs 8 payout! THESE banks stocks to trade ex-date next week

Upcoming Dividend Stocks: Shares of 4 banks will be in focus next week on account of their next corporate actions. Of these, two are state-run banks while the remaining are private. These are — IDBI Bank, Punjab and Sind Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Union Bank of India. These banks will make a total dividend payout of Rs 7.30.

A dividend is a company’s reward to its investors for their investment in the business. It is paid in cash from earnings. It is always calculated and paid on the face value of each stock.

IDBI Bank Dividend 2024

IDBI Bank has announced a 15 per cent dividend payment on each stock for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. This translates into Rs 1.50 per equity share on the face value of Rs 10. The company has set July 16 as the ex-date and record date for the next corporate action. The private sector bank is a component of BSE 200.

Punjab and Sind Bank Dividend 2024

Punjab and Sind Bank has announced a 2 per cent dividend payment on each stock. This translates into Re 0.20 per equity share on the face value of Rs 10. The public sector bank has fixed July 16 as the ex-date and July 17 as the record date for the dividend. The PSU bank is a component of BSE 500.

Kotak Mahindra Bank Dividend 2024

Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced a 40 per cent dividend payment on each stock for the financial year 2023-24. This translates into Rs 2 per equity shares on the face value of Rs 5. The private lender has also fixed July 19 as the ex-date and record date for the final dividend. The private bank is a component of the BSE Sensex.

Union Bank of India Dividend 2024

Union Bank of India is a component of the BSE 200. The state-run bank has announced a 36 per cent dividend payment on each stock for the fiscal year 223-24. This translates into Rs 3.60 per equity share on the face value of Rs 10. The PSU bank has set July 19 as the ex-date for the final dividend. The lender will observe a book closure date from July 20 to July 26.
